The Tap Trailer brings the tap house experience to your wedding with a fleet of six unique mobile bars, including beautifully converted horse trailers and versatile tap trailers. We specialize in craft beer, wine, signature cocktails, and professional bartending, backed by deep hospitality experience and Cicerone- and sommelier-level beverage knowledge. From relaxed backyard celebrations to polished venue weddings, we tailor the bar experience to fit your style, your guests, and your day.

Bartending Only
Already have the bar space and beverages? Hire our professional bartenders to handle service, setup support, guest experience, and smooth event flow.
Bar Setup — No Trailer Required
We can create a polished standalone bar setup at your venue, with beer, wine, cocktails, or a combination tailored to your event.

Multiple Bar Locations
For larger weddings or venues with multiple spaces, we can operate more than one bar or trailer to reduce lines and keep service flowing.

Craft beer, wine, cider, signature cocktails, non-alcoholic options, glassware, staffing, and beverage planning can all be customized to fit your event.
Pricing
Every event is different, so we build custom quotes based on guest count, service time, location, beverage selection, staffing, and bar setup. From bartender-only service to full multi-bar wedding experiences, we can scale the package to fit what you actually need.

Show Specials
October 2026 Multiple Specials – Couples can choose one: Signature Cocktail Upgrade — two custom cocktails designed for the couple, including consult. Cocktail Hour Upgrade — add a dedicated cocktail-hour service window to an eligible beer/wine package. Bar Styling Credit — up to $300 toward upgraded décor, glassware, signage, or styling to match their wedding. Second Bar / Service Point Credit — $300 toward an additional bar setup for larger weddings. Require a signed agreement and deposit to lock it in.
