The Final Touch – Month-of / Day-of Coordination

Perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but want an experienced professional to bring all the details together. Includes final planning meetings, timeline creation, vendor communication, rehearsal coordination, and complete wedding-day management.
Love in Motion – Partial Planning & Coordination
Starting at $1,995
Ideal for couples who have started planning but would love additional professional guidance along the way. Includes ongoing planning support, vendor recommendations, timeline development, design and layout assistance, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding-day management.
Signature Love Story – Full-Service Wedding Planning & Coordination

Our most comprehensive package for couples looking for professional guidance from beginning to end. Includes budget management, vendor selection and coordination, design assistance, guest logistics, detailed planning, and complete wedding-day execution.
Professional Wedding DJ & MC Services
Custom packages starting at $2,495
Our professional DJ services are customized to each celebration, offering ceremony and reception music, professional MC services, sound equipment, dance floor lighting, and personalized entertainment planning.
All prices listed are starting rates. Every wedding is unique, and final pricing is customized based on the specific needs and details of your celebration. Factors that may influence pricing include guest count, venue location, number of venues or event spaces, wedding day logistics, event duration, setup and breakdown requirements, staffing needs, and the overall complexity of your wedding. Additional planning support, special requests, and customized services may also affect pricing.

Heartbeat Events proudly serves couples throughout the Pacific Northwest, including the Portland metropolitan area, Salem, Vancouver, Southwest Washington, the Willamette Valley, Columbia River Gorge, and surrounding communities. We love working at a variety of venues, from elegant ballrooms and beautiful vineyards to rustic barns, private estates, and scenic outdoor locations.
While we primarily serve Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington, we are also available for weddings throughout Oregon, Washington, and select destination locations. Travel outside our primary service area may be subject to additional fees based on distance, location, and event requirements.

At Heartbeat Events, we believe every wedding should be a reflection of the couple celebrating it! In addition to our wedding planning, coordination, and professional DJ & MC services, we offer several optional enhancements to help bring even more of your wedding details together.
Our additional services include professional event staffing, photo booth rentals, and wedding officiant services. Whether you need extra hands to assist with setup, guest service, and cleanup, a fun photo booth experience for your guests, or a personalized ceremony led by an ordained officiant, our team can help!
